Project lines

The structure, closed for decades, will be redeveloped thanks to a project that will transform it into a new private cultural and exhibition space.

Cultural Fashion Center will become a modern and functional reference point in one of the most historic residential neighborhoods of the city, San Polo.

The project involves the renovation of the entire complex and the reorganization of the building system, fragmented over the years and which has degraded over time.
